In 2009 and 2010, I was a YA (teen fiction) finalist in the prestigious Golden Heart® Award. My work has also made it to the finals in Romance Writers of Australia's Emerald Award (twice), First Kiss, The Selling Synopsis (winner); Toronto Romance Writers' Catherine Award; Chicklit Writers Get Your Stiletto in the Door contest (twice); The Golden Network's Golden Pen Award; Spacecoast Authors of Romance's Launching a Star contest; The Children's Book Council of Australia's Frustrated Writer's Mentor Program (shortlisted).

Join me and my 2009 Golden Heart sisters
at our blog. Together we've presented a workshop in New York City, mentored writers, and auctioned ourselves off in the name of charity. We also run the RSS Winter Writing Festival from January to February each year.
